Recruitment Privacy Notice

When you apply for a role, we collect the information you provide in the application form — your name, contact details, emirate, employment status, sales experience, your written answers, an optional LinkedIn link, and the CV you upload.

We use this information solely to evaluate your application and, if relevant, to contact you about the role. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.

Applications and CVs are accessible only to authorized Cohort personnel involved in recruitment. Your CV is stored privately and is never publicly accessible.

We keep applications only as long as needed for recruitment. Applications that are not taken forward are deleted, along with the associated CV, after a limited retention period (up to 12 months). If you’d like your data removed sooner, contact us at info@cohort.ae.
